SmartAtelier is a B2B SaaS Artificial Intelligence platform (Visual AI Composer, Autonomous Conversational Agents, integration Backoffice and custom e-commerce solutions) aimed at professionals, ateliers and companies in the floral and events sector.

3. Terms of use

Access to or use of www.smartatelier.ai confers the status of User, who accepts, from such access or use, the conditions set out herein.

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services offered on the website and not to use them to:

  • Engage in unlawful or illegal activities, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
  • Introduce computer viruses or logical systems that may cause damage to the infrastructure of SmartAtelier, its providers or third parties.
  • Attempt to access, manipulate or use data or resources of the system, the Backoffice or the accounts of other corporate users.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

SmartAtelier owns all intellectual and industrial property rights in its website and in the elements contained therein (including, by way of example: trademarks, logos, source code, algorithms, Artificial Intelligence models, user interfaces, texts, images, graphics and software components).

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial or reverse-engineering purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the prior written authorisation of SmartAtelier, is expressly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

SmartAtelier shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any kind that may be caused by: errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to prevent this.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between SmartAtelier and the User shall be governed by the applicable Spanish legislation. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals with jurisdiction under the applicable law.
